Teddy Saltzstein is the Managing Partner of Six Pillars Partners, where he leads the firm’s investment strategy, origination, diligence, portfolio company value creation, and fundraising.
Teddy currently serves as a board member of Good Giant, Signature Back Office Solutions, Royalty Roofing, and a confidential fleet services platform. He previously served on the board of directors of The Liberty Group.
Prior to Six Pillars, Teddy spent four years at Rosewood Private Investments, the private equity arm of the Caroline Rose Hunt family office, where he focused on origination, execution, financial modeling, and diligence. While at Rosewood, Teddy worked extensively on Novaria Group, a buy-and-build platform in the aerospace and defense sector that was subsequently acquired by KKR, leading workstreams for debt financing, modeling, diligence, and value creation across multiple add-on acquisitions. Following Rosewood, Teddy spent several years in operating and advisory roles across technology, consulting, and private equity before joining Six Pillars Partners. He began his career at Deloitte, and holds a BBA and MPA (Master in Professional Accounting) from the University of Texas at Austin.
Teddy and his wife have two young daughters and a son who keep them busy (and tired). Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, being outdoors, traveling, meeting new people, and cheering on his beloved Green Bay Packers and San Antonio Spurs (despite living in Dallas).
